JUST IN: 22-year-old brillant star signed to Auburn!

Auburn’s defense announced a significant boost on Monday, adding Keyron Crawford, their third defensive lineman from the transfer portal in as many days. Crawford, who is eligible for two more seasons, joins the Tigers from Arkansas State, further bolstering the team’s defensive front.

Coach Hugh Freeze has made good on his promise to bolster Auburn’s defensive front by adding three new players from the transfer portal over the past 48 hours. Defensive lineman Philip Blidi from Indiana and Isaiah Raikes from USC joined Keyron Crawford, who transferred from Arkansas State, to join the team.

This influx of talent comes after a season where Auburn struggled, ranking fourth in the SEC in rushing yards allowed and seventh in sacks.

The additions are particularly crucial following the loss of Marcus Harris to the NFL Draft and the shake-up in the coaching staff, which saw Josh Aldridge take over edge rushers, D.J. Durkin handle linebackers, and Vontrell King-Williams promoted to defensive tackles coach.
