Cincinnati Joe Burrow, the quarterback for the Cincinnati Bengals, confirmed on Tuesday that he is over the wrist injury that required offseason surgery, as if 4,000 passing yards and 39 touchdowns weren’t enough proof.
Burrow remarked, “I don’t think about it a lot right now.” “I believe we’ve moved on from it. We’re in a good place, though there are still things I do to help with arm care.
Burrow fielded a lot of questions during the first three months of the season and is still designated as having a right wrist on every injury report.
However, the subject had not been discussed since Burrow was asked how it would perform in cold weather during his weekly press conference prior to the Week 13 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
“I’m not sure. The answer to that question is still pending,” Burrow stated. “A cold weather game with that hasn’t happened to me yet. We’ll find out because cold weather has affected my injuries in the past. On the sidelines, I might have a heater or something. We’ll see, but I haven’t given that much thought yet.”
It was 32 degrees at kickoff, and Burrow threw for 309 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception in the 44-38 loss to the Steelers.
It was 33 degrees on Sunday when Burrow threw for 252 yards and three touchdowns in the 24-6 victory over the Cleveland Browns. He broke Tom Brady’s record, which was set during New England’s 16-0 season in 2007, and became the first player in NFL history to record 250+ yards and three touchdowns in seven straight games.
Although the cold won’t be a problem Even though Saturday is expected to reach 61 degrees, there is still a chance of rain, which is 87 percent.
