Max Verstappen, the reigning Formula 1 champion, expressed a sense of accomplishment after securing a second-place finish in the Singapore Grand Prix.
Despite this podium finish, he emphasized that Red Bull Racing must make significant improvements to remain competitive in the upcoming races.

Verstappen, who has dominated much of the current season, found the race particularly demanding. “P2 is a good achievement considering how tricky the race was,” he stated after the event.

Verstappen’s teammate, Sergio Pérez, experienced a challenging race, finishing well behind Verstappen after struggling with tire degradation and overall pace.

Verstappen highlighted the need for the team to refine their setup and race strategy, particularly in conditions that may not favor their car’s characteristics. “Every race is a new challenge, and we must be ready to tackle it,” he said.
As the season progresses, Verstappen remains focused on not just securing points but also on enhancing the team’s overall competitiveness.
