UPDATE: Happy Birthday To A professional Star, San Antonio SPurs

David Duke Jr. arrived in San Antonio last December after signing a two-way contract following the Spurs’ decision to waive Sir’Jabari Rice. He played and started in thirty-four games for the Austin Spurs before participating in the last four games of the regular season with the San Antonio team.

Last July, he re-signed a second two-way contract with the Silver & Black. Currently, David is aiming to get some playing time in the preseason to boost his value and showcase his skills before returning to Austin. Considering Pop’s tendency to rest players and how injuries often affect the league, there’s a possibility that David may be called to make the trip down I-35 from the state capital to log some minutes. Wishing David Duke Jr. all the best. Happy birthday!
