After Joe Burrow left the Thursday Night Football game against the Baltimore Ravens, his wrist injury was ruled to be season-ending.
Burrow is thought to have been hurt after Ravens pass rusher Jadaveon Clowney sacked him. He played just a brief while in the game before backup quarterback Jake Browning took his place and would do so for the remainder of the campaign.
The play Burrow reportedly aggravated his wrist on.

According to Frascella, who asserts he was explicitly quoting a source, Burrow’s damage included his bone and his surgery was performed in Los Angeles, California.
Burrow had surgery in Pennsylvania by renowned hand surgeon Dr. Tom Graham, and the injury that occurred only impacted the ligament in his wrist/hand, according to USA Today and Enquirer Bengals beat reporter Kelsey Conway. Frascella was under fire from a number of Bengals fans for his X/Twitter post, which they said was not the first time he has done something only to get interaction.
