The Missouri Tigers & Head Coach Eliah Drinkwitz Announces Yet Again Another Intriguing News On Jacob Eberhar
The 2026 recruiting class may have had a slow beginning for Eli Drinkwitz and his staff, but momentum is building for the Missouri Tigers as summer approaches. In the past week, Missouri has been named a finalist for two four-star recruits, and now a third has entered the mix.
On Wednesday, four-star athlete Jacob Eberhart revealed his top seven schools on social media, listing Missouri alongside Alabama, LSU, Oregon, Oklahoma, Illinois, and Nebraska.

St. Louis native Jacob Eberhart is currently ranked as the No. 18 athlete nationally and the No. 4 overall prospect in Missouri, according to 247Sports’ composite rankings. He received an offer from the Tigers on October 16th of last year but has not yet scheduled an official visit to Columbia.
Eberhart is a dynamic and versatile athlete, capable of making an impact on both offense and defense. Standing 6-foot-3 and weighing 200 pounds, he uses his size to win contested catches as a receiver and to disrupt opposing wideouts when playing defensive back.
During his junior season in 2024, Eberhart tallied 42 catches for 795 yards and 15 touchdowns, along with three interceptions on defense. While he’s expected to play wide receiver at the college level, his all-around talent is clear.
Currently, Missouri has just one commitment for the 2026 class—quarterback Gavin Sidwar from Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania, who committed on April 18, 2025. However, with a large group of summer visitors expected in Columbia, Eli Drinkwitz and his staff have a prime opportunity to build momentum and climb the recruiting rankings.
