Novak Djokovic will be looking for revenge against Carlos Alcaraz in a rematch of last year’s Wimbledon final after the Serbian defeated Lorenzo Musetti in straight sets in their last-four match.
After undergoing knee surgery, Djokovic’s condition was questioned going into the tournament. However, he looked remarkably sharp as he easily defeated the Italian, 6-4 7-6(2) 6-4, to guarantee his spot in Sunday’s main event.

Musetti has advanced to the All England Club’s last four with great success, but the 22-year-old was utterly defeated by the second seed, who won in two hours and forty-eight minutes.

There were three separate serve breaks in the first set as neither player could settle into a rhythm. Djokovic discovered the additional equipment he need and took advantage of two of his four break opportunities.

In the second set, there was no difference between the two players, but the world No. 2 delivered when it counted, winning the tie-break with ease.

Musetti was further behind in the third set and was unable to claw his way back into the match following an early break of serve.
