Just In: Texas Tech reportedly confirms the departure of a top superstar, Lands With Arizona football

Arizona just wrapped up its initial significant weekend of official visits for the 2025 recruiting class, and that weekend is beginning to yield results.

Earlier this week, three-star athlete Sean “Rambo” Robinson announced his college football commitment to play in Tucson.

Robinson, who currently attends Steele High School in Cibolo, Texas, epitomizes versatility as an athlete. At 6-foot-4 and approximately 210 pounds, he fulfills various roles for the Knights, excelling as a receiver, quarterback, and linebacker. Robinson demonstrates remarkable playmaking skills regardless of his position on the field and boasts impressive speed, clocking in at 10.4 seconds in the 100-meter dash. Unfortunately, his statistics have not been consistently updated or tracked, making it challenging to quantify his performance.

Having received 12 official offers, Robinson selected the Wildcats over other competing schools including Oklahoma State, Nebraska, Houston, North Texas, UTSA, and Tulane.

According to 247Sports, he holds a three-star rating, standing at No. 33 among athletes and No. 73 overall in Texas. In 247’s Composite rankings, Robinson is listed as the 1,136th best player nationally, the 94th among athletes, and the 181st in Texas.

Robinson marks the fifth commitment for Arizona’s 2025 class and the second from the recent weekend.
