Ebenezer Ewetade announced a verbal commitment to Notre Dame Saturday, choosing the Fighting Irish over Alabama and others.
Ewetade attends South Garner High School in North Carolina, and he is a 2026 four-star edge prospect.
The North Carolina product previously had Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina State and Notre Dame in his top five. The Crimson Tide is expected to get him on campus for an official visit in June. It is unconfirmed if he will still officially visit the Tide this summer.
Alabama currently has a commitment from one 2026 edge prospect in Jamarion Matthews.
