The long-awaited day for Nebraska football to compete in a bowl game has arrived, and the Big Ten Conference has published the team’s availability report.

For the Huskers, 14 players are marked as out: wide receiver Demetrius Bell, kicker Tristan Alvano, fullback Barret Liebentritt, defensive backs Evan Taylor, Roger Gradney, and Thomas D’Onofrio, offensive linemen Teddy Prochazka, Turner Corcoran, and Tyler Knaak, defensive lineman David Borchers, wide receiver Cooper Hausmann, tight end Mac Markway, and defensive linemen Sua Lefotu and Conor Conneally. No Huskers are reported as questionable.

Additionally, Nebraska is missing opt-out Micah Mazzccua (offensive line) and several players who have entered the transfer portal.

While the ACC does not require injury reports, Boston College will also be without opt-outs defensive end Donovan Ezeiruaku and offensive tackle Ozzy Trapilo, both of whom were first-team All-ACC this fall. The Eagles are further impacted by the absence of running back Alex Broome, cornerback Amari Jackson, and linebacker Owen McGowan, all of whom suffered season-ending injuries at various times this season.

Nebraska and Boston College are scheduled to kick off at 11 a.m. CST on ABC.
