Miami Experiences Joy as Haley and Hanna Cavinder Make a Significant Announcement.
Women’s basketball players Haley and Hanna Cavinder of the Miami Hurricanes made a significant announcement about their new alliance on Monday.
The Cavinder twins announced on social media that they will be the newest Under Armour brand ambassadors. This will be the first exclusive arrangement in the clothing and shoe industries for both companies, and the collaboration will last for a number of years.
Haley and Hanna’s agreement includes them taking part in new Under Armour advertisements, trying out the brand’s newest products, and interacting with other athletes in the Under Armour community.
After signing the twins, Sean Eggert, senior vice president of global sports marketing at Under Armour, issued a formal statement.
“Haley and Hanna’s official joining the Under Armour squad makes us very happy. They are amazing athletes who infuse everything they do, on or off the court, with a new and exciting energy.
They represent our inspiration, the varsity athlete, a new breed of athletes between the ages of 16 and 24 who are dedicated to improving themselves.
Their suggestions will enable us to maintain our investment in sportswear while fusing Under Armour’s reputation for innovation with a novel, cutting-edge strategy.
Fresno State was where Haley and Hanna’s collegiate basketball careers began. They both transferred to the University of Miami, where they participated for the 2022–2023 season, after competing there from 2019 to 2022.
They’ll take a year off from basketball before playing one final season with Miami in 2024–25. Haley had originally committed to play her final season at TCU, but she later changed her mind and decided to play her final season in Miami alongside her sister instead.
