Texas Tech picked up a commit from 2026 cornerback Luke Bell on Saturday during his visit to campus for a junior day event. The 6-foot-1, 175-pound defensive back from New Braunfels (TX) Canyon High School was offered by the Red Raiders last April.
Bell is currently unrated by 247Sports and the Red Raiders are the only ones to offer him a scholarship so far. He’s the third commit of Texas Tech’s 2026 recruiting class, joining three-star edge Tieson Ejiawoko and defensive lineman Ayden Johnson. Both Ejiawoko and Johnson was also expected to attend the junior day event Saturday.
The Red Raiders also recently signed the No. 43 ranked high school class and the No. 3 transfer class for 2025.
