“Massive Boost” Highly sought-after 4-star cornerback from Santa Ana says “i want to play for Nittany Lions”

Four-star CB Says Penn State is No. 1

Daryus Dixson, a highly sought-after four-star cornerback from Santa Ana, California, has named Penn State as his top choice after making an official visit to the university. Dixson, who is ranked as one of the top prospects in California and the nation, holds offers from numerous top programs including Alabama, Georgia, Michigan, Ohio State, and USC.

The 6’1″, 185-pound defensive back recently made an official visit to Washington and is scheduled to visit Tennessee next weekend. However, his official visit to Penn State seems to have made a lasting impression, as Dixson now considers the Nittany Lions as his No. 1 choice.

Penn State, which welcomed 10 official visitors this past weekend, is looking to bolster its Class of 2025 recruiting efforts. The Nittany Lions currently have 13 commitments, with nine coming from offensive players and four from defensive players.

Dixson’s commitment would be a significant addition to Penn State’s defensive backfield. The talented cornerback possesses excellent size, speed, and coverage skills, making him a valuable asset for any program. His decision to name Penn State as his top choice is a testament to the university’s ability to attract top talent and the appeal of playing in the Big Ten Conference.

As Dixson continues his recruitment process, it will be interesting to see if Penn State can maintain its position as his No. 1 choice. The Nittany Lions will face stiff competition from other top programs, but Dixson’s official visit seems to have left a lasting impression.
