LSU makes major announcement as national heroes arrive home

While it was a clean 2-game sweep for the Tigers, each game featured plenty of drama. Kade Anderson went the distance with a shutout in a 1-0 win in Game 1 to capture CWS Most Outstanding Player honors in the process. Game 2 would feature plenty of drama and controversy before LSU held on for a 5-3 win to lift the trophy for the 8th time in program history.
Now, Jay Johnson and the rest of the LSU program are ready to celebrate that win back in Baton Rouge. On Tuesday, the Tigers set the details for their national title celebration, which will be held Wednesday evening.
