Sion James, a highly-touted four-star transfer from Tulane, has announced his commitment to Duke University and head coach Jon Scheyer. James has also withdrawn his name from consideration for the 2024 NBA Draft, as confirmed to 247Sports.

Sion James, a 6-foot-5, 210-pound shooting guard, has committed to Duke University after a successful season at Tulane, where he averaged 14.0 points, 5.4 rebounds, and 2.7 assists while shooting 38.1% from three-point range.
James, who has one year of eligibility remaining, brings a unique combination of size, strength, and athleticism to Duke’s backcourt.
