Trey McNutt, a defensive back from Shaker Heights, stated he expected to have an official visit with the Gators after he left the University of Florida in April, but he was unable to give a specific date. That was until Wednesday.
According to a rumour from Gators Online, five-star safety will pay Florida football’s recruiting staff an official visit on June 7.
The defensive back from Shaker Heights, Ohio, has been in communication with Florida for some time, and in April, he ranked the Gators among his top eight teams. By arranging an official visit, Florida can show McNutt the red carpet treatment, which should help the Gators advance to the next round in McNutt’s recruitment.
