JUST IN: NFL has announced that the Chicago Bears will play the Jacksonville Jaguars in London

The NFL has announced that the Chicago Bears will face off against the Jacksonville Jaguars in London this season. The Bears will be the designated home team for the game, which is scheduled for October 13th at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

The kickoff time is set for 8:30 a.m. CT, and the game will be televised on the NFL Network. This Bears game will be part of a series of London matchups, with the New York Jets taking on the Minnesota Vikings at the same stadium on October 6th.

After facing the Bears, the Jaguars will remain in London for an additional week to play the New England Patriots at Wembley Stadium on October 20th.

The upcoming game against the Jacksonville Jaguars will mark the Chicago Bears’ first trip back to London in five years since their previous matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders.

When the Bears’ London game was announced in January, team Chairman George H. McCaskey expressed enthusiasm for the return to England. In a statement, McCaskey said, “Every game the Chicago Bears play is rich in tradition, culture and passion. And every year, game after game, we look forward to welcoming fans to experience that richness. This year, we will take our storied franchise and tradition back to London and share internationally what our fans locally experience at every game.”

While the Bears’ regular season opponents have already been revealed, the full NFL schedule will be officially released tonight at 7 p.m. CT. FOX 32 will air a special recap show at 9:30 p.m. CT covering all the details of the Bears’ upcoming season.
