Jeff Brohm and Louisville Players Speak At Media Day

Media Days signal that college football season is near, and Louisville’s football program held theirs on Wednesday.
At the Howard Schnellenberger Center’s defensive meeting room, head coach Jeff Brohm met with local media to discuss the upcoming 2025 campaign. The Cardinals had also begun fall camp earlier that day.
“We’re excited to get started. Our team has put in a lot of work to reach this point,” Brohm said. “We like our roster, the makeup of our players, and how they’ve performed this summer. Now it’s about putting in the work this fall, continuing to improve, staying healthy, and competing to win as many games as possible.”
Several players took questions from the media as well. Wide receiver Caullin Lacy and center Pete Nygra spoke for the offense, while defensive tackle Rene Konga and defensive end Clev Lubin represented the defense.Louisville will open their season later this month, hosting Eastern Kentucky on Saturday, August 30, at L&N Stadium.
