Caitlin Clark is returning to Iowa City, this time as a member of the WNBA’s Indiana Fever. Clark spent four collegiate seasons with the Iowa Hawkeyes, becoming the all-time leading scoring in both women’s and men’s NCAA history over her stellar college basketball career.

In a joint effort with the WNBA, the University of Iowa is hosting an exhibition matchup between Clark’s Fever and the Brazilian National Team on May 4. The university shared an important ticket announcement on Tuesday.

“The University of Iowa in conjunction with the WNBA’s Indiana Fever announced on Tuesday ticket information for the Fever’s exhibition contest against the Brazilian National Team on May 4, 2025, in Carver-Hawkeye Arena in Iowa City,”

Iowa wrote in a statement on Tuesday. Tickets will be sold through the University of Iowa. Each customer will be limited to four tickets.

“Pre-sale for the event will begin Thursday, Feb. 27 at 9 a.m. (CT) for Kinnick Society Gold and Kinnick Society I-Club level donors and Iowa women’s basketball season ticket holders. General public ticket sales will begin on Friday, Feb. 28 at 9 a.m. (CT), subject to availability,” the university added.

Pre-sale tickets will range from $60 to $200. General public tickets will range from $70 to $250.

Clark is heading into her second WNBA season. As the Fever’s No. 1 overall pick in 2024, the former Hawkeyes sharpshooter continued her rise to superstardom, shattering several all-time league records as the near-unanimous WNBA Rookie of the Year. “We couldn’t be more excited to play at Carver-Hawkeye Arena, and we know Iowa fans will deliver an unforgettable homecoming for Caitlin,”

Fever president of basketball operations Kelly Krauskopf said in a statement last month. “Countless Hawkeye fans have become Fever fans, and we consider them family. That’s what will make this preseason matchup so special for us.”
