It would be natural for the injury report to be a bit longer after such a hard-fought game against a team like Ohio State.
The biggest news came before the game itself when we learned that defensive end Jordan Burch would be unavailable due to a knee injury. However, Burch’s ailment doesn’t seem to be season-ending, and one of Oregon’s better defenders likely won’t miss many games in 2024.
Aside from that, the injury report looks good, as there weren’t any new names added to the list due to the action on the field. Wide receiver Kyler Kasper, however, will be included on the report for a while and possibly longer, as he was seen in a boot.
The depth chart at receiver, which was a strength going into this season, suddenly looks thin, especially considering Traeshon Holden’s recent issues.

- Oregon coach Dan Lanning mentioned that Florence is still recovering from offseason surgery and is not yet ready to return to game action.
OL Dave Iuli
- Status: Out
- Reason: Foot injury
- Lanning indicated that Iuli is still rehabilitating from an offseason injury, and there is currently no timetable for his return.
WR Gary Bryant, Jr.
- Status: Questionable
- Reason: Unspecified injury
- Bryant participated in practice this week but has not yet played in a game this season.
