INCOMING: Talented 4-star C schedules official visit to Oregon, sets commitment date

Four-star center Eric Reibe, standing tall at 7 feet and hailing from The Bullis School (MD), has arranged an official visit to the Oregon Ducks on August 2-4, as disclosed to On3.

The senior, originally from Germany, has also completed official visits to Harvard, Iowa, and Creighton, while Georgetown and Ohio State have welcomed him for unofficial visits.

According to the On3 Industry Ranking, Reibe holds the 70th position nationally in the 2025 recruitment cycle. On3’s assessments rank him even higher, positioning him at 47th in the country.

In a prior interview with On3, Eric Reibe shared his thoughts on the Oregon Ducks.

“They possess a strong brand. I believe the coach effectively nurtures his players. I have developed a good rapport with one of their assistant coaches. We are confident that they would provide me with excellent support. One time, my dad drove to Oregon while he was in California and spent a few hours on campus. He attended a game and was very impressed by what he experienced. He shared photos and videos with me.”

Oregon Ducks grant National Letter of Intent (NLI) release to Vyctorius Miller, a 4-star shooting guard signee

Vyctorius Miller, a 6-foot-5 shooting guard from Compass Prep (AZ) who had committed to Oregon as a four-star senior, will not be joining the Ducks in Eugene as initially planned. The university has decided to release him from his National Letter of Intent (NLI), allowing him to explore other college options.

Although Miller had originally chosen Oregon over USC, Gonzaga, LSU, and the G-League Ignite when he signed his NLI during the early period in November, he now has the opportunity to reconsider his college decision and reopen his recruitment.

Ranked as the No. 53 overall prospect in the 2024 class by the On3 Industry Rankings, Miller is also regarded as the No. 13 shooting guard prospect and the No. 3 player in Arizona within the same rankings system, which is a composite of the major recruiting media outlets.

Player Analysis

Described as having a basketball physique characterized by long arms and broad shoulders, Vyctorius Miller is expected to bulk up as he matures and undergoes a more advanced strength and conditioning program. Known to be versatile on the court, Miller exhibits comfort both on and off the ball. He shows proficiency in orchestrating team plays efficiently and can transition seamlessly to a scoring threat, capable of quickly getting hot. With a speedy initial move, Miller demonstrates a decisive approach in attacking the basket.

His athleticism is evident, complemented by a balanced playing style. Renowned for his smooth shooting skills, he boasts deep shooting range and exudes confidence in his abilities. Strengthening his physicality is anticipated to improve his performance consistency. Furthermore, there is untapped potential in his defensive capabilities once he focuses and engages fully on that end of the court. Noteworthy is his family background, with his father being Vyshonn Miller (Silkk the Shocker) and his uncle being Percy Miller (Master P), as pointed out by On3’s Jamie Shaw.

Information about Vyctorius Miller

Vyctorius Miller, known as the nephew of rapper Master P and the son of Vyshon Miller, also recognized as the successful artist Silkk the Shocker from No Limit Records, gained national attention after securing a NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) agreement with Under Armour in February 2023 to endorse the new Spawn 5 Carnival Pack sneaker collection. Originally hailing from North Hollywood, California, Miller completed his junior year at Compass Prep in Arizona. Notably, as Compass Prep is not affiliated with the Arizona Interscholastic Association, Miller is exempt from the organization’s NIL regulations, which typically forbid athletes from capitalizing on their fame. Describing himself as a team-oriented player, Miller emphasizes his role in making plays for his teammates and sparking their performance. Inspired by prominent guards like Shai Gilgeous Alexander and Cade Cunningham, he admires their playmaking abilities, seamless positioning, and scoring prowess. At the UAA Next Emerson event in November 2022, while representing the West Coast Elite team, Miller maintained an average of 14.3 points and four assists. Evidencing his exceptional skills, Miller delivered a standout performance in his sophomore season, averaging 20 points, five rebounds, and four assists per game to lead Irvine Crean Lutheran to the CIF Southern Section Open Division playoffs in 2021.
