Game-Changer: Ohio State announces the addition of a Promising Top Talent Enhancing the Buckeyes’ Competitive Edge

Jake Diebler completed his roster for the 2024-25 season by bringing in Kansas State transfer Ques Glover and Croatian center Adam Njegovan today.

Ohio State has officially added Kansas State transfer Ques Glover and Croatian center Ivan Njegovan to their men’s basketball roster. Glover, a fifth-year senior, will receive NIL funding to cover his tuition, while Njegovan will occupy the final available scholarship for the upcoming season.

“I’m thrilled about both Ques and Ivan joining our program,” said OSU head coach Jake Diebler. “Ques is a seasoned guard with extensive collegiate experience, and his addition will enhance our already strong backcourt. Ivan is a promising young center with noteworthy international experience, and his skill set and size will bolster our depth up front.”

Glover has participated in 99 games across four collegiate seasons at Florida and Samford, scoring over 1,000 career points. He earned All-SoCon honors twice at Samford while guiding the Bulldogs to consecutive 20-win seasons and averaged 17.4 points and 3.5 assists in his 48 games there.

During his freshman and sophomore years at Florida, Glover played in 51 games and contributed to the Gators reaching the 2021 NCAA Tournament. He transferred to Kansas State last summer but unfortunately missed the 2023-24 season due to an injury.

He is expected to provide backup at the point guard position behind returning starter Bruce Thornton.

Njegovan is a 7-foot-1 center from Zadar, Croatia, who has spent the past three seasons playing in the ABA and Croatian Premier Leagues, primarily with teams from his hometown. This summer, he participated in the U20 European Championships for the Croatian National Team, averaging 6.1 points and 6.6 rebounds across seven games. He had an impressive performance against Bulgaria on July 21, scoring 15 points, securing 16 rebounds, and blocking three shots.

He will be joining a young frontcourt that includes 6-foot-9 forward Sean Stewart, 7-foot-1 center Aaron Bradshaw, and 6-foot-10 center Austin Parks.
