The SEC released the first student-athlete availability report for Arkansas football’s Week 8 game against No. 8 LSU on Wednesday. The conference requires availability reports for football games between SEC opponents, a rule implemented this year. The Razorbacks and Tigers must submit daily updates leading up to a final report 90 minutes prior to kickoff. Schools that report late or inaccurately will be penalized 25,000− 100,000.
Arkansas has one player listed as “out” for Week 8: defensive back Jaylon Braxton (tendinitis). Running back Rodney Hill (undisclosed) is listed as “questionable.” Quarterback Taylen Green, who suffered a bone bruise against Tennessee, was not listed on the injury report. Coach Sam Pittman stated Wednesday that Green was not yet “full speed” but was participating in practices.
LSU will be without eight players against Arkansas. Receiver Chris Hilton is “questionable,” and receiver CJ Daniels is “probable.”
Saturday’s game at Reynolds Razorback Stadium is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. on ESPN.
