Hubert Davis and the UNC basketball program has a new target on their 2025 recruiting board. On Monday, the Tar Heels became the latest team to enter the race for four-star shooting guard Braylon Mullins. The prospect took to X (formerly Twitter) to announce that he had received an offer from North Carolina. Mullins has caught the attention of the Tar Heels after the program recently watched him during the open period this weekend. He’s the 10th player to receive an offer from North Carolina in the 2025 recruiting class.

Braylon Mullins, a 6-foot-5, 180-pound four-star shooting guard from Greenfield, Indiana, has garnered significant attention from top college programs. Ranked 95th nationally, 14th at his position, and 6th in Indiana by 247Sports, Mullins boasts an impressive offer list, including UNC, Indiana, Purdue, Butler, and Michigan. Although UNC has not secured a commitment for the 2025 class yet, the pursuit of Mullins highlights their need for a wing player in future classes. As the Tar Heels’ coaching staff actively engages with prospects, Mullins’ recruitment is expected to be closely monitored in the coming months.
