Celina (Texas) four-star quarterback Bowe Bentley has wrapped up a busy summer of official visits after narrowing his choices down to two powerhouse programs: LSU and Oklahoma.
A top-five quarterback nationally, Bentley rose to prominence following a dominant junior season in Texas high school football, cementing himself as one of the most sought-after recruits in the country.
The 6-foot-1, 200-pound standout lit up defenses in 2024, throwing for 3,330 yards and 47 touchdowns while completing an impressive 70% of his passes. He also added 933 rushing yards and 16 scores on the ground, leading his team to a state championship.
His breakout season drew interest from major programs including LSU, Georgia, Florida State, and Oklahoma. Ultimately, Bentley trimmed his list to just two schools: the Tigers and the Sooners.

Bowe Bentley has announced his college decision ahead of a much-anticipated senior year, where expectations continue to rise for the highly talented quarterback.
Before kicking off his final high school season, the four-star Celina (Texas) standout traveled to Los Angeles to participate in the prestigious Elite 11 Finals, joining the top quarterback prospects in the country. He effectively commands a complex offense that includes everything from traditional sets to wide-open spread looks. His throwing motion is fluid and maintains velocity even on the move. He’s capable of working within the pocket or making plays on the run, delivering accurate throws at all levels.
Bentley is also praised for his ability to fit passes into tight windows and adjust his touch when needed.
