COMMITED: German OT 22-year-old standing at 6 feet 7 inches commits to Nebraska

Kiel (Germany) native David Hoffken, an offensive tackle in 2024, has decided to play for Nebraska, as reported by Sean Callahan from HuskerOnline.

Hoffken, a 22-year-old standing at 6 feet 7 inches, was a participant at the Houston Satellite Camp. He made a swift commitment to Nebraska after receiving an offer from the Huskers.

In December, Nebraska had a successful recruiting period by securing commitments from high-profile prospects. This included flipping five-star quarterback Dylan Raiola from Buford (Ga.), which propelled them to the No. 24 spot in the 2024 FutbolGazette Industry Team Recruiting Rankings with a class of 28 signees. Raiola, ranked as the No. 3 quarterback in the recruiting cycle, leads this talented group.

Joining the ranks of impressive recruits is Grant Brix, a four-star interior offensive lineman from Logan (Iowa) Magnolia who is also ranked in the top 100. The class further boasts notable signees like Mario Buford, a four-star cornerback from DeSoto (Texas), Roger Gradney, a three-star safety from Altair (Texas) Rice Consolidated, and Daeā€™vonn Hall, a three-star wide receiver from Bellevue (Neb.) West.
