Cincinnati is among the top early contenders for Indiana transfer Donaven McCulley.
The Bearcats may require some wide receiver assistance for the upcoming season.
One of Brendan Sorsby’s former teammates at Indiana, McCulley is currently in the transfer portal and has expressed interest in Cincinnati. As reported by On3’s Pete Nakos, he is considering teams including Ole Miss, Missouri, Miami, Colorado, and Michigan.
Although McCulley cannot participate in any more games this season due to redshirting, he would be available in 2025 for his final year of eligibility.
Standing at 6-5 and weighing 200 pounds, he could serve as a valuable replacement for Xzavier Henderson on the outside. Last season, he recorded 48 catches, 644 yards, and six touchdowns, earning Big Ten Honorable Mention recognition.
