Brittany and Patrick Mahomes Celebrate Daughter Sterling’s Birthday (in pictures)

Sterling had a blast sliding, moving around energetically, and embracing her friends at a gathering in honor of her upcoming third birthday on February 20th.

Brittany and Patrick Mahomes are throwing an early birthday bash for their daughter this year! Over the weekend, the pair posted a video on their individual Instagram profiles, showcasing scenes from Sterling Skye’s pre-3rd birthday celebration set before her actual birthday on Feb. 20.

The young girl sported a pink dress adorned with a red floral pattern as she enjoyed activities like sliding down, riding a carousel, bouncing around, and embracing her friends and parents in the footage from the occasion, which seemed to adopt a tea party motif.

As indicated by updates on Brittany and Patrick’s Instagram Stories, the celebration took place on Sunday at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden in Dallas.

In the video, a couple of butterflies made a charming appearance, and Sterling herself wore butterfly wings for a portion of the day. Attendees enjoyed tea cup-shaped cookies personalized with the birthday girl’s name.

Brittany, 28, captioned the clip featuring the celebration, set to the tune of Cyndi Lauper’s popular song “Girls Just Want to Have Fun,” expressing her disbelief that Sterling Skye is about to turn three in just a few days.

“Time really does fly when you’re enjoying yourself! We adore you, sweetheart,” she added.

During an interview with PEOPLE last month, Brittany revealed that Sterling has started to grasp some understanding of her 28-year-old quarterback father’s role on the football field.

“My daughter has reached a point where she can somewhat comprehend what is happening and where she is when she watches her dad play football. She enjoys observing him from a distance, paying attention to his actions and following along with the game,” Brittany mentioned.

“She loves going down to the field to see him before the game. I believe it’s a unique and cherished moment whenever I bring them to the game, and they get to witness their father playing football,” she commented.

Patrick and Brittany are also the proud parents of their son Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III, who celebrated his first birthday in November 2023.
