A man from Wigan who violated a sexual harm prevention order multiple times has been sentenced to three years in prison.
Matthew Hellman, aged 30, residing on Atherton Road, Hindley, was charged with using an internet-accessible device, possessing a device capable of storing images and taking intimate photos, as well as creating a dating profile.
He was prohibited from engaging in these activities by a sexual harm prevention order issued at Manchester Crown Court in 2020.
When he appeared at Bolton Crown Court and confessed to all three violations, the judge sentenced him to three years in prison for each offense.
They will run concurrently. He also has a victim services surcharge to pay
