The New York Yankees are recognizing a Veteran of the Game tonight. Command Sergeant Major Robert Armstrong from Stafford Township will be honored during the bottom of the 7th inning on live national television tonight, October 15, 2024.
He served with distinction from 1997 to 2023 and has received numerous military awards, including two Legion of Merit awards, two Bronze Star medals, four Meritorious Service Medals, the Afghanistan Campaign Medal, the Iraq Campaign Medal, the Parachutist Badge, the Air Assault Badge, and the Master Crew Member Badge. Congratulations to him!
