BREAKING NEWS: Miami Dolphins Announce Massive News Regarding Their 31-Year-Old Offensive Lineman

The Miami Dolphins received a stroke of luck in free agency as their left tackle, Terron Armstead, confirmed his return for the 2024 season.

Armstead’s decision to stay with the Dolphins is significant as it allows the team to avoid using their first-round draft pick on a tackle and instead focus on addressing a position of necessity.

e Miami Dolphins extended the contract of their backup tackle.

Kendall Lamm got the starting nod in a single game for the Miami Dolphins in 2022.

On August 8, the Detroit Lions inked a deal with Lamm, but they parted ways with him on August 30.

Later on, the Dolphins added Lamm to their practice squad on November 28 and then elevated him to the active roster on December 31.

During Week 17, Lamm filled in for the injured Armstead, displaying a solid performance with zero penalties, zero sacks allowed, and a 67.0 PFF Grade in 32 offensive snaps. Unfortunately, he sustained an ankle injury during the game and was sidelined for the final two games.

Kendall Lamm served as Tua Tagovailoa’s protector for eight games throughout 2023.

Lamm began seven games at left tackle (Weeks 1-2, 5-8, and 14) and one at right tackle (Week 16). Across 17 games and eight starts, he accrued no penalties, permitted four sacks, and earned a 64.3 PFF Grade in 613 offensive snaps, accounting for 56% of the plays.
