Breaking: Incoming Big 12 Star Tabbed ‘Great Candidate’ For Major Award

Similar to various other college football conferences this season, the Big 12 is undergoing changes by welcoming new teams while bidding farewell to others.

The Arizona State Sun Devils, Arizona Wildcats, Utah Utes, and Colorado Buffaloes are being added to the conference from the remnants of the Pac-12. Meanwhile, the Texas Longhorns and Oklahoma Sooners are slated to depart the Big 12 for the SEC.

Noteworthy figures such as Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter are associated with the Buffaloes, amplifying the public interest. The presence of head coach Deion Sanders also adds to the allure.

According to RJ Young from Fox Sports, Travis Hunter is being touted as a potential Heisman contender capable of excelling on both offense and defense, drawing comparisons to the legendary Charles Woodson of the Michigan Wolverines, who clinched the Heisman Trophy in 1997.
