Breaking: Grizzlies Sign All Known professional basketball player Waive Guard D.J

The Grizzlies have signed power forward Miles Norris and released guard David Johnson, according to a team press release.

Johnson had just joined Memphis earlier on Wednesday, and while the specifics of the contracts haven’t been disclosed, both players likely received Exhibit 10 contracts. This would entitle them to a bonus of up to $77.5K if they spend at least 60 days with the Grizzlies’ G League affiliate, the Memphis Hustle.

Norris, 24, was signed to a two-way contract by Atlanta last summer after going undrafted from California-Santa Barbara. He was released in December and subsequently played for the Hawks’ G League team in College Park, where he averaged 9.8 points and 6.8 rebounds over 16 Showcase Cup games. He also participated in the Las Vegas Summer League with Atlanta for the past two years.

Memphis currently has 21 players on its offseason roster, which is the maximum allowed.
