Arkansas Razorbacks And John Calipar Yet Again Announces Another Devastating Injury Update Of A Significant Player
John Calipari and the Arkansas Razorbacks might be adding an additional player to their roster for the NCAA Tournament.
On Saturday, it was reported that Arkansas head coach John Calipari sent a message to ESPN’s Seth Greenberg, informing the college basketball analyst that guard Boogie Fland plans to try and participate in the NCAA Tournament with the Razorbacks.
Per @SethOnHoops, Arkansas guard Boogie Fland is expected to practice tomorrow and will be available for the NCAA tournament — barring a setback.

On January 21, Fland was declared out for the season due to a hand injury he sustained in a game against Florida on January 11, despite trying to play through it. The day after Fland’s season-ending announcement, Arkansas secured its first SEC victory of the season against Georgia on January 22.
However, it seems that the talented guard and NBA prospect may not be finished playing for the University of Arkansas just yet.
In 18 games, the freshman from Bronx, New York, averaged 15.1 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 5.7 assists per game.

Fland was sidelined during a rough 0-5 start for Arkansas in SEC play, but since his absence, the team has gone 9-6 and nearly secured a spot in the NCAA Tournament with a win over South Carolina in the SEC Tournament on March 11.
Wherever the Razorbacks end up competing, Fland will be alongside Calipari and his teammates, ready to lace up his sneakers and complete the mission he set out to achieve.
