A man from Michigan, accused of committing open murder related to the vanishing of his spouse, is set to undergo trial.
Official documents confirm that Dale Warner, the spouse of Dee Warner, 52 years old, was formally charged and ordered to face trial on Friday. Additionally, he faces allegations of evidence tampering within this incident.
Back in April 2021, Dee Warner was reported missing from her residence in Lenawee County, Michigan. Despite extensive searches, her remains were never located, subsequently prompting her family to initiate the process to legally declare her deceased.
During August 2023, a detective from the Michigan State Police revealed to a Lenawee County court that they were probing Dale Warner as a potential suspect linked to his wife’s disappearance. Subsequently, in November 2023, law enforcement authorities declared Warner’s arrest.
Throughout the investigation and judicial proceedings, Dale Warner has consistently refuted any accusations of involvement in the mysterious vanishing of his wife.
