MUST READ: NFL kicker 32-years-old Talented star player accused of sexual assault in lawsuit

Two women, identified as Jane Doe I and Jane Doe II, have filed a lawsuit against NFL kicker Brandon McManus and the Jacksonville Jaguars, alleging that McManus sexually assaulted them during a team flight to London last year.

The women claim that McManus rubbed himself against them and ground against them, and also accuse the Jaguars of failing to supervise McManus and ensure a safe environment for team staff.

The two women suing Brandon McManus and the Jacksonville Jaguars are seeking over $1 million in damages and a jury trial. McManus’ attorney, Brett R.

Gallaway, denies the allegations, calling them “fictitious and demonstrably false” and an “extortion attempt” aimed at defaming McManus. In contrast, the women’s attorney, Tony Buzbee, claims that an attempt to settle the case was met with “arrogance, ignorance, and stupidity” and that the allegations are serious and thoroughly vetted. Buzbee vows to pursue the case with the same tenacity as he did in the Deshaun Watson cases.

The Jacksonville Jaguars and the Washington Commanders have both acknowledged the lawsuit against kicker Brandon McManus, with the Jaguars stating they take allegations of this nature seriously and are investigating the matter. The Jaguars emphasized their commitment to maintaining an organization with high character and class. McManus did not re-sign with the Jaguars and signed a one-year contract with the Commanders, who are also looking into the allegations.

The lawsuit alleges that McManus sexually assaulted two flight attendants on a Jaguars charter flight to London in September 2023. The women claim that McManus rubbed himself against them, tried to kiss one of them, and smirked when confronted. The lawsuit also accuses the Jaguars of gross negligence for failing to properly supervise McManus, train him about inappropriate behavior, and enforce a zero-tolerance policy.

Jaguars coach Doug Pederson expressed disappointment at the allegations and stated that he did not know about them until Monday. He emphasized that the team approaches flights as business trips and not parties.
