Shedeur Sanders appears to strongly hint he wants to play for this NFL team after he’s done at Colorado

One quarterback has made his NFL intentions clear.

Colorado Buffaloes star Shedeur Sanders is one of the most electrifying players in college football. The 22-year-old is projected to be a first-round pick, possibly even the No. 1 pick in the 2024 NFL draft.

In a video shared on Monday, Colorado’s coaches encouraged players to register for classes for the next semester. However, Sanders, whose father Deion Sanders is the head coach, humorously dismissed the suggestion.

Register for classes?” he quipped, adding, “Man, I’m going to the league.

The Buffaloes are currently ranked No. 21 in the AP Poll and have already secured a bowl berth, with an overall record of 6-2. Sanders has led the team by completing 73.3% of his passes for 2,591 yards, along with 21 touchdowns and six interceptions. His total QBR of 74.2 ranks 28th in the nation.

So where could Sanders end up?

After each loss by the Las Vegas Raiders, Sanders has tweeted: “Thank you GOD.” The team is currently 2-7 and looking for a new quarterback.

According to Tankathon.com, the Raiders are projected to have the No. 6 overall pick in the draft.

ESPN’s top NFL draft analyst believes the Raiders will target Sanders.Tom Brady’s going to be influential with the Raiders,” Mel Kiper said on First Take on Tuesday, adding, “The Raiders thought they were going to get a QB last year picking with the 13th. They didn’t get Michael Penix Jr., who they targeted. They sat where they were and they were all gone.

Kiper noted, “They’re going to be aggressive and get a QB.

The Raiders’ current quarterback situation is starter Gardner Minshew followed by Desmond Ridder. Aiden O’Connell is currently on injured reserve due to a thumb injury.
