Police stated that they arrested the 29-year-old defender after responding to a report of a disturbance at a residence.

A caller informed them of an altercation between two individuals, prompting the police’s involvement. Upon arrival, they charged Peppers with assault and battery, strangulation, and possession of a Class B substance, believed to be cocaine. Peppers is now set to appear in court on Monday.
