A recent late-night addition brings the reported count of 2025 Duke basketball offer recipients to an even twelve.
In the 2025 recruiting cycle for basketball, there are several shared targets between long-standing rivals UNC and Duke. These players have yet to make a decision and are still considering offers from both the Tar Heels and the Blue Devils.
Now, add Harvard-Westlake School (Calif.) forward Nikolas Khamenia to this list. Duke has recently shown interest in Khamenia, attending June showcase events to observe the versatile four-star player, who stands at 6-foot-8 and weighs 210 pounds.

Khamenia publicly revealed the offer from Duke basketball head coach Jon Scheyer via a post at 11 p.m. ET on Saturday.
UNC has been actively pursuing Khamenia since offering him on May 20, amplifying the attention on his recruitment.
With his standout performances in recent months, Khamenia is on the brink of achieving composite five-star status. He currently holds the 30th spot overall and ranks 9th among power forwards in the 247Sports 2025 Composite. He has received approximately two dozen offers, including those from prominent programs such as Duke, UNC, and Kansas, as well as Arizona, Purdue, and Gonzaga.
He is now the twelfth current high school senior to announce receiving an offer from Jon Scheyer and his team. Duke seems to be still in consideration for all but a couple of those prospects.
