Colorado linebacker Kofi Taylor-Barrocks has officially entered the NCAA transfer portal, as revealed by On3.
During the 2023 season, Taylor-Barrocks was with the Buffaloes, but he saw limited playing time as a freshman. His sole appearance was in a game against Arizona in November.
Now, he is looking for a new opportunity through the transfer portal.
Prior to joining Colorado, Kofi Taylor-Barrocks was rated as a three-star prospect and was ranked as the 1,417th overall recruit in the 2023 class by the On3 Industry Rankings. He was also positioned as the 139th linebacker in his recruiting class and did not have a state ranking, coming from the NFL Academy in London.
Colorado’s Bishop Thomas, a defensive lineman, has joined the NCAA Transfer Portal
Thomas had a brief stint of just one season with the Buffaloes.
During his single season at Colorado, Thomas played in eight games, registering six tackles, two tackles for loss, and recovering a fumble. His standout performance was in Colorado’s triumph over Arizona State, where he made three tackles.
Thomas was reportedly discharged from the team following an indefinite suspension for breaking team regulations. Before his move to Colorado, Thomas spent a season at Florida State, appearing in two games and making one tackle before opting to redshirt that season.
Hailing from Bishop Moore Catholic (FL), Bishop Thomas was a three-star prospect in high school. He was ranked as the 560th recruit overall in the 2022 cycle by the On3 Industry Rankings, which is a comprehensive average incorporating data from four major recruiting sources.
Thomas is the 42nd player from Colorado to enter the transfer portal during or after the 2023 season. Despite this, the program has gained 34 players through the portal, securing the top position in On3’s Transfer Portal Team Rankings.
