4-star super talent gives Nebraska some great news
Class of 2027 four-star edge defender Zane Rowe will visit Nebraska on April 26. This was reported by On3’s Chad Simmons on Thursday.
He will visit Georgia on March 13, Baylor on March 22, TCU on April 4, and SMU on April 5, with Nebraska getting the final visit on April 26.
According to the On3 recruiting rankings, Rowe is the sixth-ranked edge defender in the 2027 class and the 10th-ranked player in his class from the state of Texas.
He had 75 tackles and nine sacks as a sophomore last season. He also recorded five pass deflections and a fumble recovery in 13 games, per statistics from Maxpreps.com.
Currently, the 2027 Nebraska football recruiting class has zero commitments. Nevertheless, offers have been going out in waves over the last few weeks. The Huskers have made it a point to emphasize recruiting in this class, with multiple visits scheduled for this summer.
Matt Rhule and the Nebraska football coaching staff have historically recruited well in the state of Texas. One has to wonder if that will help them in this recruitment.
